1939 – HW Wolverton started Wolverton Service Company at 2517 Oak St. Greenville Texas, and started to specialize in commercial refrigeration. One of Wolverton's first large customers was the Southland Corporation (future owner of the 7-11's). Wolverton also did the Dr. Pepper Bottling Plant, and the Greenville Washington Hotel.
1940 – Wolverton Service Company moved to his home at 2300 Lucas Dr. Dallas.
1940's – Wolverton Service Company moved to 4622 Maple Ave. in Dallas in the late 40's,
Early 1950's – Wolverton Company saw that central air conditioning would become a standard in housing and began to specialize in that field.
1952 – HW Wolverton builds a new home in the Duncanville area.
1963 – Wolverton Service Company moves to the new "Builders" Office Building at 819 S. Main in Duncanville.
1964 – Wolverton Service Company builds a new office building at 118 West Fairmeadows in Duncanville where we still are today.
1970 – Wolverton Service Company becomes Wolverton Company Inc. and Thomas Wolverton takes over as President.
1973 – Wolverton Co. Inc. builds an office at 311 N. 9th St. in Midlothian and opens a branch office, that office closed in the late 70's. Thomas Wolverton takes over Wolverton Company Inc after the passing of Herbert Wolverton.
In the 1980's – Keith, Thomas's son, became active in the business therefore becoming the third generation of Wolverton leaders.
1984 – Wolverton Co. Inc. becomes one of the first Air Conditioning companies in the State of Texas to be licensed.
1999 – Wolverton Co. Inc. opens an office in Waxahachie Texas.
2000 – Wolverton Co. Inc. starts advertising the name Wolverton Air.
2008 – Matthew Wolverton joins Wolverton Air full time as manager of the Duncanville Office
2014 – Keith Wolverton takes over as President of Wolverton Air.
2021 – Keith and Matthew Wolverton become owners of Wolverton Air after Thomas Wolverton passes away in January.
